We practice yoga postures with an emphasis on inner stillness and meditation.  This is a wonderful class for relieving stress and restoring a sense of inner well being.  This class is not appropriate for children under 14 years. This group centers around a fun writing exercise. To create Fast and Furious fiction based on a single inspirational sentence or excerpt from a newspaper, magazine or tabloid publication.
